Our Process
건축주는 여러 업체를 따로 찾고 조율할 필요 없이 하나의 프로세스로 편리하게 집을 완성할 수 있습니다.
플레이서스는 전 과정을 일괄적으로 진행하며 명확하고 안정적인 건축 경험을 제공합니다.
STEP 01 — 04 · 준비

상담 접수 및 사전 미팅
건축 목적, 희망 일정, 장소, 예산 확인 후 프로젝트 진행 방향 사전 조율

프로젝트 착수
현장 사이트 방문, 설치 가능 여부 파악, 항공사진 촬영
* 착수금이 발생합니다

디자인 및 설계
건축주 미팅을 통한 맞춤 디자인 및 설계 확정
04
본계약
확정된 설계안을 바탕으로 견적 도출, 본계약 체결
STEP 05 — 08 · 제작과 시공, 동시에

제작
공장에서 제작하는 기간은 규모에 따라 약 6주~8주 정도 소요

인허가 진행 및 착공 신고
제작과 동시에 인허가 절차를 진행하여 기간 단축
07
현장 토목 및 기초 공사
제작과 동시에 현장 토목, 기초, 설비 공사를 진행하여 기간 단축
08
운송 설치
최종 검수가 끝난 모듈은 전문 운송팀이 현장으로 운반 및 설치
* 단일 모듈은 당일 설치가 가능하며, 연결 모듈은 약 1~2주의 현장 마감 작업이 필요할 수 있습니다
